When we receive our quote, is the gratuity included? Yes! The total quote that you are given is all inclusive! Our drivers are known to put forth their utmost effort and are very experienced so, we urge you to give an additional tip if you believe that your driver has done an exemplary job.
Can we consume alcoholic beverages on your buses and/or limos? The best part of renting from us is that that our licensing allows for alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the buses/limos. Just remember: per law, your passengers must all be over legal drinking age and that the driver, himself, cannot provide the beverages.
What is the maximum capacity on your vehicles? We have included the capacities on our vehicle page. Of course you're more than welcome to give us a call for more details. Keep in mind that our capacities are based on Department of Transportation regulations, which allow for 14" of seating for each passenger. In our opinion, that is a little bit of a tight fit for most adult passengers so, we recommend that a party of 18 passengers rent a 20 passenger bus and so on.
Do you require a down payment to initiate a reservation? We require a small deposit at the time of booking your reservation. This is done by credit card or debit card, by phone. The remainder of the total isn't due until the day of your event/rental.
Are we allowed to smoke? There is no smoking allowed in our vehicles. We like our vehicles to stay fresh so that all our customers can enjoy them. You have unlimited stops so if you need a smoke break, simply tell your driver and they will pull over when it's safe to do so.
Can children join us? Children can come with you in our vehicles. We are great for children birthday parties and any other events that includes children. If there are any children or others who are under 21 years old, then there is no alcohol allowed in the vehicle.
Are there any hidden fees? Nope! You know of everything your price includes. We will never demand more money that you don't know of. Any additional fees will be things like a damage fee or a cleaning fee.
Are we allowed to cancel? There are no cancellations. You will have to pay whether you use the service or not. You cannot change the date of your service but you might be able to change the time or vehicle.
